Salon Policies
Late Arrivals
Depending on the circumstance we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals, and appointments may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellations
A 24-hour notice is required for cancelations. If any appointment is canceled less than 24-hours in advance a $20 cancellation fee will be added to the next scheduled appointment (select stylists only).
Children Policy
As a safety precaution and a courtesy to other salon guests, we ask that you please only bring children if they are receiving a hair service.
Refunds and Exchanges
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS
Product-Refunds are only given in the form of exchange or salon credit.
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON SERVICES
Services-All colors, cuts, and perms are guaranteed for 1 week after the appointment time, as long as professional products suggested by your stylist are being used. During this period, if you feel there is a problem with the service that was caused by the stylist, you may have any necessary adjustments made free of charge. You will also be require to go back to the stylist that the original appointment was with.
